油松10个天然与人工群体两个同工酶系统的遗传多样性研究

【摘要】 采用水平淀粉凝胶电泳方法分析了油松自然分布区内10个地理群体GOT、LAP两个酶系统4个同工酶位点水平上的遗传多样性。结果显示:油松地理群体的多态位点百分率(P)为90.00%(50%~100%);位点平均等位基因数(A)为3.77(3.5~4.0);观测杂合度(Ho)与期望杂合度(He)分别为0.147(0.102~0.197)和0.179(0.121~0.208);所有群体内都表现出杂合子缺乏,群体间分化程度极低(Fst=1%),群体间平均固定指数0.181;遗传多样性参数与多数地理和气象因素无显著相关关系,但有逆境条件下群体杂合度增加的趋势;并讨论了群体内研究位点的遗传多样性水平和群体间的分化程度影响。

【Abstract】 Genetic diversity of 10 Chinese pine (Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.) populations was examined using 4 isozyme loci. The percentage of polymorphic loci per population ranged from 50% to 100% with a mean of 90.00%. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 3. 5 to 4. 0, averaged at 3. 77. The observed and expected average heterozygosity was 0. 147 and 0. 179, and the estimate of F was 0. 181. This suggests that some degree of inbreeding existed within populations. There was a very low degree of differentiation among population, and the estimate of Fst was 0. 010. Cluster analysis did not reveal geographic pattern of population grouping. The genetic diversity in population and the differentiation among population are discussed.
