【摘要】 本文全面介绍了中国海洋物种多样性及其利用现状,以及生态系统多样性现状,并分析了海洋生物多样性所受到的人类影响和主要威胁。文中详细阐述了有关部门在海洋生物多样性保护管理中制定的有关政策、法规及行动计划,以及海洋生物多样性的科学调查研究海洋生态环境监测体系建设、海洋自然保护区的建设与管理、海洋生物多样性可持续利用等方面的工作进展。同时,分析中国沿海周边国家、发达国家及国际组织在海洋生物多样性保护方面与中国的合作前景,提出了若干合作领域优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The status of marine biodiversity including species diversity and ecosystem diversity and its utilization values, was presented comprehensively in this paper. The policies, laws, regulations, and action plans about protecting and managing the marine biodiversity formulated by the departments concerned were expounded in detail in this paper, as well as scientific investigations and research about marine biodiversity and establishment of monitoring system for marine ecological ehvironment. In addition, the paper expounded the construction and management of marine nature reserves, as well as the sustainable use of marine biodiversity. Furtherly, the prospect of international cooperation for marine biodiversity conservation between China and neighboring countries, developed countries and international organizations, and some priorities of cooperation fields were discussed.更多还原
