杭州石荠苎生长和生殖对光强的反应

【摘要】 杭州石荠苎(Mosla hangchowensis)营养体的体积和生物量,生殖器官的穗重、小稳重、种子重等性状均随光照的增强而增加,其中生物量—光强曲线均为指数型;全光处理的开花时间较荫蔽处理提早15 d,开花数量亦高于荫蔽处理;生殖比(RA)也与光强正相关,同时也与植株的生物量正相关,证明早期良好的营养生长是获得较高生殖力的基础。植株生长和发育均以全光照处理最好,随着光强减弱而变差,在40%光强(相当于自然种群分布的林缘生境的光照条件)以上均可完成正常生殖,低于40%光强则生殖力很低。这部分解释了杭州石荠苎不能在林下完成生活史的原因。

【Abstract】 The size and the biomass of the trophic organs,the biomass of the spike,the spikelet and seed of Mosla hangchowensis were all growing greater with the increases of light intensity,and the biomass of every organ had exponential relation with light intensity.It bloomed 15 days earlier in full sunlight than in shade,and the flower number was larger in full sunlight.The reproduction allocation(RA)had positive relation not only to light intensity,but also to the biomass,which indicates that a strong trophic growth at the early stage was the basis of a higher reproductive capacity. Both growth and development were the best in full sunlight,and became increasingly worse as the light intensity became weaker.The necessary light intensity for its normal reproduction was above 40%full light,which was equivalent to the light condition at the forest edge habitat of the natural population,and its reproductive capacity was rather weak when the light intensity was below 40%light.That was one of the reasons why M.hangchowensis could not complete its life history under forest.
