杭州石荠苎(Mosla hangchowensis)种子生产过程的研究

【摘要】 在盛花期过后20 d左右,杭州石荠苎的穗长、小穗数已基本不再增加,植株最大种子生产量基本确定;但各植株成熟小穗比例还在上升,种子还未完全成熟,种子质量也不能完全确定。由于各植株到生活史结束时成熟小穗比例的差别还很大,所以实际种子产量与最大种子产量之间仍有很大差别。种子生产和掉落量随时间变化为单峰曲线,不同植株峰值出现时间不同,种子生产持续时间也不同;种子质量随时间推移而提高,但种子生产的高峰期种子质量较低,高峰过后种子质量才达到最高,这是该种全部种子萌发率低的重要原因。根据上述结果,如果在杭州石荠苎盛花期过后的一个月以后收获,就基本不会影响其种群的繁殖。

【Abstract】 After about 20 days of the luxury bloom period,the ear length and the spikelet number of Mosla hangchowensis did not increase,and the maximum seed number usually were fixed,but the mature spikelet ratio was still rising,and the seeds had not matured completely,so the seed quantity had also not yet been determined.Because of the big difference of the mature spikelet ratio between plants by the end of the life history,the practical seed number might be different from the maximum seed number.The changes of the seed production and dropping amount exhibited a single peak curve with time,but the exact time of the occurring of the peak value was different among the individuals,and so was the duration of the seed production.The quantity of the seed increased with the time.The quantity of the seed at the the peak of seed production was lower than that after the peak,so the germination of seed of M.hangchowensis was low.According to the results mentioned above,if M.hangchowensis was harvested after one month of the luxury bloom period,the reproduction of the population generally would not be limited.
