【摘要】 生物多样性保护与持续利用在中国已受到政府有关部门的重视,并采取了一定的措施.但在实践中还存在很多问题.本文对此进行了分析,并提出了以下建议:①切实加强自然保护区的建设;②加强对公众的宣传教育,提高全民生物多样性保护的意识;③进一步用好对外开放政策,大力开展国际合作;④积极履行《生物多样性公约》中规定的义务;⑤建立全国生物多样性权威机构,使保护、管理、教育、科学研究和持续利用等协调进行.更多还原

【Abstract】 Conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity in China has been received considerate attention from the government that has taken a great number of actions.But,there are still a lot of gaps in the field.Based on the primary assessment on the status of conservation of biodiversity in China,the following 5 suggestions were drawn up.To strengthen the construction and management of natural reserves;to heighten public awareness of biodiversity conservation;to enhance the international cooperation;to make efforts to implement the Convention on Biological Diversity and to set up a specific national unit to coordinate the actions for conservation,management, education,research and sustainable use of biodiversity.更多还原
