【摘要】 以环丁烯砜、正辛基硫醇和十二硫醇为原料,合成两种橡胶密封膨胀剂正辛硫基环丁砜与十二硫基环丁砜。依据ASTM D471-2007,在加入已合成添加剂的Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类、Ⅳ类基础油中,评价对橡胶的相容性的影响。结果表明已合成的橡胶密封膨胀剂能有效的改变油品与橡胶的相容性,并能有效的改善密封收缩问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using 3-sulfone,n-octyl mercaptan and dodecanethiol,synthetized two kinds of rubber seal swell agents—n-octylthio sulfolane,dodecylsulfanyl sulfolane.Based on ASTM D471-2007,performance tested th e compatibility between the rubber and base oils which contained the products.The results show that the synthetized seal swell agents effectively improved the problem of seal shrinkage and changed compatibilit y between the lubricant and the seals.更多还原
