环丁砜衍生物作为橡胶密封膨胀剂的性能研究

【摘要】 一些润滑油与橡胶密封材料相容性差或者使密封材料产生密封收缩而导致密封泄漏的问题逐渐引起了人们的关注,为了解决上述问题研究一类橡胶密封膨胀剂添加剂。分别以异辛醇、正癸醇、十二醇为原料与环丁烯砜反应,制备三种密封膨胀剂。参考ASTM D471的标准,分别考察产物在Ⅱ类基础油,Ⅲ类基础油,Ⅳ类基础油中的橡胶密封膨胀相关性能。结果表明通过向基础油中加入橡胶密封膨胀剂,能有效改善橡胶密封件的密封收缩问题,改变润滑油与橡胶的相容性。
【Abstract】 The leakage caused by seal shrinkage or poor compatibility between the lubricant and the seals was gradually caught more attention.To solve this problem to discuss a agent called seal swell additive.Using isooctanol,n-decanol,dodecanol as raw materials reacted with 3-sulfolene.Based on ASTM D471,pe rformance tested the three products in the No.3 and No.4 base oils.The results show that the base oils c ontained the seal swell additive effectively improved the problem of seal shrinkage and changed compatib ility between the lubricant and the seals.
