AlSi-PHB封严涂层的高温高速可磨耗性研究

【摘要】 可磨耗封严涂层的应用是提高航空发动机效率的有效手段,AlSi-PHB封严涂层材料在中压和低压压气机中具有广泛应用。本文采用自主研发的AST500可磨耗试验机对AlSi-PHB封严涂层材料进行了不同模拟工况下的磨耗试验,通过对试验后的涂层和叶片的磨损质量、磨损形貌、刮削力、摩擦系数等进行分析,对AlSi-PHB封严涂层材料进行了初步的可磨耗性能评价。
【Abstract】 Application of abradable seal coating is an effective method to improve the efficiency of aircraft engines.AlSi-PHB seal coating has been widely used in the mediate pressure and low pressure compressors.In this paper,abrasion tests have been carried out for AlSi-PHB seal coating under different simulated conditions,using self-developed AST500 abradable test equipment.Preliminary evaluation of AlSi-PHB seal coating abradability has been gotten after tests through analysis of the coating and blade wear quality,wear morphology,rubbing force and friction coefficient.
