生物法制备的纳米FeS的减摩性能研究

【摘要】 本文研究了生物法制备的纳米FeS作为减摩添加剂在面-面接触的油润滑条件下的减摩性能。结果表明,被细菌体包覆的约50nm的非定型纳米FeS添加到润滑油中可有效降低润滑油的摩擦系数,添加一定量的FeS的摩擦系数仅为未添加的19%~59%。同时基于SEM初步探讨了纳米FeS作为润滑油添加剂的减摩机理。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the antifriction performance of FeS nanoparticle prepared by biotechnology as lubricant additive was studied using face-to-face contact mode.The results show that the size of FeS nano-particle with amorphous state coated by bacterial bodies is about 50nm and the friction coefficient decreases due to its dispersed and uniform distribution in lubricant oil,which is 19%~59% of base oil.Otherwise,the anti-friction mechanism of nano FeS was also discussed based on SEM results.
