氧化锌纳米材料的机械法制备及其对甲基橙催化降解性能的研究

【摘要】 利用滚压振动磨在干法室温条件下制备出形状规则的纳米锌粉,在260℃下与水蒸汽接触发生水解氧化还原反应,得到氧化锌纳米复合结构。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)对样品晶体结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,ZnO纳米颗粒平均粒径约为60 nm,材料结晶良好,无杂质。在距离40cm的20W紫外灯照射下,在50mL初始浓度为10mg/L的甲基橙溶液中,添加260℃下水解生成的氧化锌纳米复合结构400mg,在10 min内降解率可达80%以上。
【Abstract】 The roller vibration milling was used to manufacture Zinc nanoparticles with wurtzite hexagonal phase in dry mode and at room temperature,then hydrolyzed zinc nanoparticles with water vapour at 260℃to obtain ZnO nanostructure or hybrid of ZnO and Zn nanost ructures.The assynthesized particles and their optical performance were characterized by XRD,TEM.The synthesized ZnO nanopartic-les,the size of which is about 60nm,have good crystal structure,and are free of impurity.Using the produced hybrid nanostructures as catalyst,exposed the 20mg/L methyl orange solution to a UV source light of 20W with distance of 40cm for 10min, the decomposition degree rised above 80%.
