一种球磨机内衬板受力的测量装置

【摘要】 为了测量球磨机内衬板所受到的载荷施加的力,本文简要分析了内衬板受力情况并针对受力特点设计了测试装置。在该测试装置中,通过采用应变片测量刚性受载部件的形变,并对应变片的测试输出值进行转换处理,最终得出测试输出值与衬板受力的对应关系。
【Abstract】 In order to measure the forces exerted on the mill liners in a tumbling ball mill,the load condition of the liners was analyzed and a measuring device was designed.In the measuring device,strain gage was used to measure the deformation of the rigid components that sustain forces.Then the output of the strain gage was transformed in a particular way.The result that we obtained was the relationship between the output of the strain gage and the forces that the liners sustain.
