蒙皂石的湿式超细粉碎试验研究
Research on Wet Ultra-fine Grinding of the Semctite

【摘要】 蒙皂石是一种层状硅酸盐矿物。本文采用实验室卧室砂磨机对蒙皂石进了超细磨矿试验;研究了矿浆浓度、研磨时间、分散剂(六偏磷酸钠)的用量对磨矿效果的影响。结果表明,采用六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,蒙皂石湿式超细粉碎的适宜工艺条件为矿浆浓度为30%,研磨时间为25min,分散剂用量为6‰。
【Abstract】 Semctite is one of layer silicate minerals.The experiment had wet ultrafine grinded the Semctite with the laboratory horinzontal sand mill;The factors that influenced the grinding efficiency were investigated,such as pulp density,grinding time,and the amount of dispersant(Semctite).This paper come to the conclusion that when use the hexametaphosphate as the dispersant,the proper conditions of ultrafine grinding of Semctite is pupl concentration with thirty percent,grinding time with twenty-five minutes,and consumption of dispersant with six thousandth of pupl density.
