玻璃球落锤冲击破碎正交实验研究(一)

【摘要】 本文利用落锤冲击实验装置对玻璃球进行了落锤冲击破碎正交实验;利用标准筛、电子天平和激光粒度仪对破碎颗粒进行了质量和粒度测量;讨论了实验过程中破碎颗粒的质量损失、体积平均径和质量累积率分布,用最小二乘法得到质量累积率回归方程,并对回归方程系数的影响因素进行了简要分析,通过对9组实验数据分析得到不同实验条件下的质量累积率分布带。实验结果可用于计算新生表面积和新生单位表面积所需能量;实验研究方法对工程实际应用具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 This paper begins with an orthogonal experiment of drop hammer impact crushing on glass balls by using drop hammer test installation.After the experiment,the mass and the granularity of the broken granules are measured with a standard sifter,an electronic balance and a laser granularity meter.The discussion followed focuses on their mass loss,the volume-average diameter and the distribution of mass accumulation rate in the process of the experiment and the regression equations of mass accumulation rate are obtained with the least square method.Finally a brief analysis is given on factors that influence the coefficient of these equations and the distribution areas of mass accumulation rate are found with the analysis of the experimental data for nine groups under different experimental conditions.The result of this experiment can be used to calculate the energy needed for a new-born surface area and new-born unit surface area and its research method is of some guiding significance for practical engineering application.
