水溶性纳米磁性颗粒的制备及其水合催化作用

【摘要】 纳米材料具有许多独特的性质,如比表面积大,可以利用此性质增加反应物接触的界面,提高反应速度。采用自动化控制制备系统合成纳米Fe3O4颗粒,TEM测试结果表明,颗粒粒径在8-12nm之间,颗粒之间良好分散,磁学性质表征,饱和磁化强度69.5emu/g,矫顽力很小3.0G,剩磁接近于零。进行亲水性表面改性后,纳米颗粒在100mL水中的可以稳定分散1-1.5gFe3O4。水合反应实验表明,有纳米磁性颗粒存在的情况下,反应诱导时间明显缩短,在较短时间内系统中水和致冷剂完全形成水合物。
【Abstract】 Nanomaterials have many novel propertyies,such as high specific area.This property can be used to increase the interaction area and accelerate the speed of reaction.The nano particles of magnetite were prepared by automatic systems,with particles size range between 8—12 nm,monodispersion based on the characterization of TEM.The saturation of magnetization 69.5 emu/g,coercivity 3.0 Gauss,near zero remanent magnetization were obtained by vibrating sample magnetometer.After treated by hydrophilic surfactant,the solubility of the nanoparticles was 1—1.5 g Fe3O4 in 100 mL distilled water.The experiments of hydration showed short induction time.
