铝合金轮毂半固态挤压铸造数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Semi-solid Squeeze Casting for Aluminum alloy wheel hub

【摘要】 采用铸造模拟软件Anycasting对A356铝合金轮毂零件的进行了挤压铸造充型过程和凝固过程的数值模拟。通过分析缺陷情况,对工艺参数进行了优化,并进行了压铸实验验证。模拟结果表明,在模具温度200℃,浇注温度600℃,压射速度0.30m/s条件下,能够获得最佳质量的轮毂铸件。
【Abstract】 The filling and solidification processes of A356 aluminum alloy wheel hub by squeeze casting were simulated with Anycasting the casting numerical software.Through analyzing the defects,the process parameters were optimized and verified by squeeze casting trials.The results show that the best quality of wheel hub castings can be obtained under conditions of mold temperature 200℃,pouring temperature 600℃ and squeezing speed 0.30 m/s.
