【摘要】 研究了不锈钢合金ZG10Cr14Ni5Mo2喷油嘴壳体的铸造工艺,结果发现采用顶注式浇注系统,在浇口和铸件上加上通气棒,涂料时在圆孔内加铁棒,造型时在空腔圆柱外加铁砂,在脖颈处加保温棉的工艺方案来保证铸件的冶金质量,可将铸件合格率提高到90%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The investment casting technology of ZG10Cr14Ni5Mo2 oil injection nozzle shell has been studied.The results show that using top gating system,adding venting pins when combining wax pattern,putting a gavelock in the round hole when coating,adding iron sand around outside of the round hole,and adding heat insulating material around the neck when molding for guaranteeing the metallurgy quality.The casting yield weill be more than 90%.更多还原
