球墨铸铁车轮铸造工艺数值模拟及优化设计

【摘要】 采用UG NX软件为三维建模平台,Pro CAST软件为模拟平台,针对球墨铸铁车轮的铸造工艺进行数值模拟及优化设计。首先通过Pro CAST模拟软件对铸件初始铸造工艺的充型过程及凝固过程进行数值模拟,预测铸件中铸造缺陷发生的部位,对缺陷产生的原因进行分析。根据模拟结果,对铸造工艺进行改进和优化,对优化工艺进行模拟。结果表明:经优化后的工艺,铸件的缩孔敏感区消除,缩松敏感区明显减小,且铸件更趋于同时凝固。
【Abstract】 Numerical simulation and optimization of ductile iron wheel casting technology was conducted using UG NX software for three-dimensional modeling and Pro CAST software as the simulation platform.Simulation of the filling and solidification process in the original casting technology was conducted firstly by Pro CAST software,which help analyze the location and cause of casting defects.The original casting technology was changed based on the results,and the optimized scheme was simulated.The results show that in the optimized scheme,casting shrinkage defects can be eliminated,and that the casting tends to be simultaneous solidification.
