汽车用AlMgSi系合金板材的研究现状及发展趋势

【摘要】 综述了国内外6000系车身板材的研究现状及发展趋势,介绍合金的化学成分、热处理制度及合金化等对该系合金力学性能的影响,以及强化相的析出行为。分析了目前我国铝合金板材主要存在的问题,展望了开发高性能AlMgSi基铝合金板材的研究方向。
【Abstract】 This paper has reviewed the research of 6000 plate body status and development trend,introduced the Chemical composition、|the effect of the treatment system and alloying on improving the mechanical performance of alloys,In addition to the separation behavior of strengthening phase.The current problems existing in the main aluminum plate were analyzed,it proposed the research direction in developing high performance and characteristic AlMgSi base alloy plate.
