铝合金汽车转向器壳体真空压铸工艺研究

【摘要】 采用真空压铸成形技术对铝合金汽车转向器壳体的压铸成形性进行了研究。利用正交试验、硬度试验、密度试验及显微组织分析,研究了真空压铸工艺参数对转向器壳体压铸的成形性能的影响。试验结果表明:在开模时间(10s)一定的条件下,工艺参数对转向器壳体密度的影响主次顺序为压射速度、浇注温度和模具温度,而对硬度的影响主次顺序为模具温度、浇注温度和压射速度。转向器壳体合适的真空压铸工艺参数为:浇注温度为680℃,模具温度为140℃,压射速度为3m/s。采用真空压铸工艺不仅能够明显改善压铸件的充型性能,提高铸件密度、表面光洁度及力学性能,减少气孔、缩孔等缺陷,而且明显提高了铸件的合格率。真空压铸转向器壳体的合格率可以达到95%,与普通压铸工艺相比,提高了35%。

【Abstract】 The effect of the vacuum die casting processing parameters on forming property of the steering gear housing using orthogonal test, hardness test, density test and microstructure analysis. The experimental results show that at the certain time of mold beginning is 10s, the primary and secondary influence order of process parameters on the steering gear housing density is injection speed, pouring temperature, mold temperature, while the primary and secondary influence order of process parameters on the steering gear housing hardness is mold temperature, pouring temperature, the speed of injection. The suitable vacuum die casting process parameters of steering gear housing are pouring temperature 680℃, mold temperature 140℃, injection speed 3m/s. Using a vacuum die-casting technology can not only significantly improve the die casting filling performance, increase casting density, surface finish and mechanical properties, reduce porosity and shrinkage defects, and significantly improve the passing rate of the casting. Vacuum die-casting housing steering can be achieved a pass rate of 95% percent, compared with an ordinary die-casting process, increased by 35%.
