超低碳ADI变质剂的研究

【摘要】 本文根据相关文献对球化剂中组成元素的分类,分析了有关元素在铁水中的作用及行为,设计出四种不同成分的变质剂,对超低碳ADI进行变质处理。试验结果表明,SC变质剂变质效果最好,能够在铸态得到圆整度好、数量少、分布均匀的细小石墨球,并且基体组织中不存在碳化物。随后,对SC变质剂加入量进行优化,探索不同变质剂含量对超低碳ADI的石墨球数、石墨球大小以及基体组织的影响。但是,SC变质剂加入量的改变,对石墨球数和石墨球大小的影响并不明显。
【Abstract】 In accordance with the classification of components in the nodulizer in relevant literatures,the role and behavior of relevant elements in the molten iron has been analysed.Four kinds of modifier with different components are designed to make modifying treatment on the ultra-low carbon ductile iron.The experiment results show that the effect of SC modifier is excellent and ultra-low carbon ductile iron with round sphere, a small number of uniformly distributed small graphite spherule and matrix structure without carbide can be got after modifying treatment by using SC modifier.Then,a study on optimizing the content of the SC modifier has been made to probe into the effect of modifier content on nodule counts ,the size of graphite spherule and matrix structure of ultra-low carbon ductile iron .But with the increasing of SC content, the number of graphite spherule and graphite spherule size don’t change obviously.
