熔体发泡法制备泡沫铝合金及其缺陷分析

【摘要】 本文以ZL102为基体,采用熔体发泡法制备闭孔铝合金泡沫材料。实验结果表明:当增粘剂含量在6wt%、发泡剂含量为3wt%、加热温度在720℃、保温时间为3min时,可制备孔径大小范围在2~4mm、孔隙率85%以上、孔结构均匀的泡沫铝材料。本文还进一步针对泡沫金属制备过程出现的各种缺陷(较厚无泡层、局部大孔、裂纹、氧化渣等方面),分析了其产生原因,并提出相应解决措施。

【Abstract】 Using calcium carbonate powder as foaming agent, Aluminum powder as viscosifier via melt foaming method, ZL102 Aluminum foams with closed-cells have been fabricated successfully. Aluminum foam products were with uniform cell distribution, no free-bubble zone, pore size of 2~4mm and porosity more than 85%. It was conclude that the optimized fabricating processing schemes were foaming temperature of 720℃, viscosifer addition of 6wt%, foaming agent addition of 3wt%, holding time of 3min. According to the arisen cause of common defects (free-bubble zone ,local big hole, crack and oxidizing slag ) in Aluminum foam, the solution measures have been introduced.
