Al-4Cu-1.5Mg-0.2Zr合金的热处理研究

【摘要】 Al-Cu-Mg系合金由于具有较高的强度、热稳定性和好的成形性能,广泛应用于制造航天器结构件。本文主要对Al-4Cu-1.5Mg-0.2Zr合金的热处理工艺进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,合金的热处理工艺确定为420℃×8h+490℃×16h双级均匀化处理,然后493℃×20min固溶处理后水淬,最后进行165℃×2h时效。经过热处理后,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度与铸态相比分别提高了82%和72%。
【Abstract】 Owing to high strength, excellent thermal stability and good formability, Al-Cu-Mg alloys are extensively used to manufacture structural components of spacecrafts. In the paper, the heat treatment methods for Al-4Cu-1.5Mg-0.2Zr alloy were experimentally investigated. The experimental results indicate that the heat treatment method of the alloy can be determined as 420℃×8h+490℃×16h (double-stage homogenizing) + 493℃×20min (solutionizing) + water quenching + 165℃×2h (aging). After heat treatment, the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy are raised 82% and 72%, respectively, compared with those of the as-cast alloy.
