Al-4Ti-B对A356合金的细化研究

【摘要】 本文在不同冷却氛围下制备了Al-4Ti-B中间合金,并研究了各种中间合金对A356合金的细化效果。结果表明:冷速较快的液氮深冷条件下制备的Al-4Ti-B中间合金具有最好的细化效果,随冷速提高细化效果改善。本文进一步对Al-4Ti-B中间合金对A356合金的细化机制进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The paper prepared Al-4Ti-B master alloy with different cooling rates and studied the grain refining effect of A356 alloy influenced by different state of Al-4Ti-B master alloys. The results showed that Al-4Ti-B master alloy prepared under liquid nitrogen deep cooling process promote the refinement more better. The refinement effect will be improved with increasing of the cooling rate. The refinement mechanism of A356 alloy refined by Al-4Ti-B master alloy was also studied in this paper.
