半固态成型对过共晶Al-Si合金Si相形貌及性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了电磁搅拌和半固态挤压对Al-17Si-4.5Cu(质量分数%)合金中Si相形貌及其性能的影响。结果表明:电磁搅拌后,针片状共晶Si相变尺寸明显减小,多边形初晶Si相尺寸变化不大,尖角发生钝化;经过半固态成型后,合金中的针片状共晶Si相基本消失,初晶Si相尺寸略有减小,圆整化明显,同时分布更均匀化;半固态成型的挤压比越高,初晶硅相尺寸越小,力学性能提高。当挤压比为10:1时,合金的极限抗拉强度达到了262.6MPa,伸长率达到了5.5%。

【Abstract】 In this paper the effect of electromagnetic stirring and semi-solid formation on the Si phase morphology and mechanics properties of Al-17Si-4.5Cu alloy has been studied systematically. Researches show that the size of eutectic Si phase was decreased obviously, the primary silicon was became passivity but the size nearly no change after electromagnetic stirring. Through the semi-solid formation, needle-plate eutectic silicon was disappeared, the size of the primary silicon reduced slightly and the shape of the primary silicon changed into spherical, their distribution more homogeneous in the alloy. The bigger extrusion ratio is, the smaller the size of primary silicon will become and the mechanical properties will be improved. When the extrusion ratio is 10:1, the ultimate tensile strength and elongation ratio of the semi-solid formation alloy are 262.6MPa and 5.5% respectively
