【Abstract】 This paper introduces a practical method of tidal detection in Qiantang river,and constructs the tidal background model based on video identification through establishing mixture Gaussian model.Then use the background difference between income background images and the current video frame so as to gain the foreground image of the moving object.Tidal will be detected after the noise removing processing.更多还原
