【摘要】 本文从智慧城市的起源出发,阐述了智慧交通的产生与定义,智慧交通与传统的智能交通系统的关系,以及在智慧城市的大背景下,智慧交通的内涵与外延,指出智慧交通不仅是以新一代信息技术为支撑的交通,更是以知识工程为特征的交通,更强调综合、以人为本和可持续发展的交通。最后,总结了智慧交通的基本架构,指出智慧交通应具备数据、智慧运行、智慧决策、智慧服务、通信和外部支持五项核心内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper begins with the discussion on how smarter cities come up,talks about the origin of smart transportation and then provides a definition of smart transportation.The relationship between smart transportation and intelligent transportation systems is compared.The connotation and extension of smart transpiration associated with smart cities is discussed.The paper proposes that smart transportation is supported by the next generation information technology and it is characterized by knowledge engineering.Smart transportation emphasizes more on integration,people oriented and sustainable development.At last,a basic framework of smart transportation is developed.The framework includes five major components,which are data,smart operation,smart decision making,smart service,communication and outer support.更多还原
