桨叶重心检测系统设计
Design of Measurement System of the Center of Gravity

【摘要】 螺旋桨桨叶是典型的非规则物体,桨叶铸造完成后,重心的测定比较困难,而且实际的重心位置和与理想重心位置差别较大。本文设计了一套重心检测和调整系统,将桨叶的理想重心位置与桨叶的实际重心位置相比较,得出其偏差值,然后通过移动手柄带动承载车上的桨叶到达加工位置,再继续加工,直至理想重心与实际重心重合。检测系统软件采用Matlab语言编写而成。本系统可自动、准确、安全地完成桨叶的重心检测及调整,应用前景广泛。
【Abstract】 The blade is a kind of typical irregular object,it was very diffcult to define the position of the centre of gravity after it was founded.This paper is given a system,which can be used in measurementing and adjusting of the center of gravity.When the acctual position was compared with the ideal position,the difference was given.The blade was put on support.Until actual position and ideal position coincide,the machining was continued.Matalb was programmed in this measurement system.It can define weight and location of the center of gravity automaticly,accurately and more safely.It will be applied widely in the future.
