可预知特殊需求下网络禁向变结构优化方法
Research on Road Network Topology for the Special Predictable Traffic Incidents

【摘要】 为了缓解交通需求的激增(如大型活动)或者设施通行能力的衰减(如施工)等造成网络交通供需的短时结构性不匹配问题,采用禁向变结构管控策略对网络交流空间通行权进行约束和调整。分析禁向变结构策略实施条件和优缺点,以此为基础在"特殊事件网络管控圈"建立禁向交叉口备选集。建立网络禁向变结构优化双层规划模型,以疏散交通在网络中总行驶时间最短为优化目标,确定具体禁向交叉口及进口道。丰富了网络交通变结构理论,为特殊需求下交通管控措施提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 The strategy road network topology of is adopted to solve the problems caused by the sudden increase of traffic demand(such as large-scale activity) or the decrease of facility capacity.Intersection traffic direction restrict is often used to constraint and the adjust of traffic flow organization.Based on the advantages and disadvantages as well as the implementing conditions of traffic direction restrict strategy,some alternative intersections are built for choosing for controlling.the bilevel programming model for optimizing traffic direction restrict system of intersections for the special predictable incidents,based on the object and constraints of evacuation traffic,that the Intersection traffic direction restrict can be determined by the optimization of this model.
