【摘要】 VMS(可变信息情报板)是目前各大城市发布交通诱导信息的重要手段。本文从VMS所发布的交通诱导信息的内容性质和驾驶人对交通诱导信息理解出发,通过分析说明描述性信息和建议性信息能够对驾驶人起到较好的诱导作用,提出了诱导信息服从率是波动的观点,并对服从率与路网效益的关系进行了假设,即服从率变化时会引起路网效益的变化,并用VISSIM仿真验证了这种关系,目的在于提高交通诱导信息的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 VMS is an important means of releasing traffic guidance information in major city.This paper shows that the descriptive information and recommendations play a better role in induced driver,and proposing that the Guidance information obeying rate is fluctuant and assuming the relationship between the obeying rate and road network efficiency.Obeying rate change will cause changes in the effective road network,then using VISSIM simulation to verify this relationship,aimed at improving the effectiveness of the traffic guidance information.更多还原
