城市智能交通管理系统集成平台开发
Integration platform development of Urban Intelligent Traffic Management System

【摘要】 设计并开发了城市智能交通管理系统集成平台,建立统一的指挥软件平台,来实现众多技术子系统的数据集成、功能集成和指挥集成。采用J2EE的Struts框架来设计整个软件系统,ArcGIS作为GIS平台开发软件操作界面,作为众多技术子系统功能集成平台;设计基于消息中间件和Web Service的模式,实现众多技术子系统的消息互联和数据互联,作为众多技术子系统的数据集成平台;利用SDK实现众多技术子系统的集成,充分利用GIS平台,实现众多技术子系统的指挥集成。该软件已在醴陵、衡阳、益阳等地推广应用,收到良好效果。
【Abstract】 An Urban Intelligent Traffic Management System Integration platform is developed and the unified command software platform is established to achieve data integration,functional integration and command integration of numerous technical subsystems.The J2EE Struts framework is used to design the entire system and ArcGIS is used as the user interface of GIS Platform development software operation and the functional integration platform of numerous technical subsystems;the messaging middleware based mode and Web Service is used to achieve messages interconnection and data connectivity of technical subsystems as data integration platform of numerous technical subsystems.The SDK is used to achieve the integration of numerous technical subsystems to make full use of the GIS platform and achieve integrated command of numerous technical subsystems.The Integration platform has been popularized and applied in Liling,Hengyang,Yiyang,and et al and have received good results.
