基于交通冲突的ETC混合收费站安全评价模型研究

【摘要】 收费站是高速公路的重要节点,也是交通事故频发和造成延误的瓶颈路段,目前国内外对收费站ETC安全方面研究较少,更没有形成ETC安全评价的系统。本文首先主要分析了收费站安全的影响因素,并根据沪宁高速公路的无锡东收费站实际情况选取了5种主要的冲突影响因素作为高速公路收费站安全评价指标。基于交通冲突技术,利用冲突数作为安全评价标准;采用VISSIM仿真与SSAM软件结合,根据实际录像观测数据对模型参数的标定、修正,建立量化的高速公路收费站安全评价模型。最后利用动态综合评价方法,将沪宁高速公路收费站的现实数据与建立的评价标准数据进行比较,从而获得该收费站的当前安全状况。研究成果为高速公路收费站的安全设计及管理提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 The toll plaza is a highway bottleneck and a frequent location of traffic delays and accidents.Electronic Toll Collection(ETC) systems are coming into increasing use because they reduce collection costs,and have less impact on traffic flow compared to Manual Toll Collection(MTC) systems.To date,little research has been done to evaluate the safety performance of ETC systems.This paper analyses the main factors that affect the safety of the toll plaza and focuses on five factors relevant to the present situation of China.An indirect evaluation approach based on the traffic conflicts instead of accident data was used to evaluate the safety impacts of ETC.A Microscopic simulation model(VISSIM+SSAM)was designed to simulate the existing traffic situations at the WUXI toll facility on the Shanghai-Nanning highway.This model was validated by comparing it with field data collected at the WUXI collection plaza.Then,the dynamic comprehensive evaluation method which can provide quantitative estimates of traffic safety at toll plazas is used to evaluate the safety condition of the current toll plaza.
