干线局部拥挤条件下红波带信控策略设计与实施研究

【摘要】 在高负荷路网背景下或者干线上由于特殊需求造成短暂局部交通瓶颈后,常常使得干线交通压力增大,部分路段或交叉口出现交通拥挤或阻塞状况。在这种干线局部拥挤条件下原有主干路协调控制方案或者绿波控制已经变得不适用,特别是对交通拥挤扩散的控制能力不强。基于此,本文首先分析了红波带交通信号控制策略截流的基本原理和实施逻辑流程,然后在交通波理论基础上提出了瓶颈交叉口及进口路段运行状态指标,接着探讨了策略的启动及结束条件、控制范围及启动时间确定、红波带交通信号控制参数计算等三个问题。
【Abstract】 In the context of oversaturated road network or unexpected traffic bottlenecks caused by various disturbances,urban arterials probably become segment-congested and saturated.Under this circumstance previous coordinated signal control or green wave strategy do not work well,and especially are not able to effectively prevent congestion dispersion.So this paper firstly explains the theory of red brand traffic signal control strategy,and derives traffic operation state indictors by traffic wave analysis.Then three key questions,including activation threshold and activating time,control area and termination condition,and red brand traffic signal control plan,are successively discussed.The proposed red brand strategy and methodology provides another alternative to combat segment congestion along arterials.
