【Abstract】 Dynamic e-business is the trend.XML-based Web services provide an efficient way to implement dynamic e-business,and make it easier to integrate different business systems.This paper presents the concept and principle of the dynamic e-business,and analyzes its system architecture,technical foundation and operation mode.We propose a solution to dynamic e-business based on Web services.In addition,a dynamic electronic transaction platform is implemented.
