【Abstract】 Element retrieval for XML is not simply extended from traditional IR.In this paper,we first study the properties of vague retrieval over XML documents issued by general users in natural language.Then,we analyze the factors of XML vague retrieval about relaxation on structure and content,and propose the way how to find the best query granularity based on logical integrity of answer node.Furthermore,a ranking model is designed to handle these new features,and the architecture of search engine to satisfy our ranking model is also presented.更多还原
