【Abstract】 The application of rough set theory and analysis methods of knowledge mining in the information system is investigated.Rough set theory is relatively new mathematical tool for data mining and knowledge discovery.Using the tool,attribute reduction and value reduction can be implemented in the information system.In traditional methods,the attributes with stronger generalization capacities may be reduced and the weaker ones may be saved,as a result,the mined knowledge is not optimal.In this paper,the information system data is enriched before attribute reduction,and then,a partial relation on the attribute set is built up.The attribute reduction based on this partial series guarantees high quality for mined knowledge.In addition,the existing rough set algorithms used in the process of attribute reduction are analyzed in detail,and improved ones are proposed as well.At last,the experiment shows that the.improved algorithm is more efficient than traditional one.更多还原
