【摘要】 在本地建立肿瘤基因表达数据库系统,用来存储从Internet上获得的各种肿瘤基因表达数据.系统由数据库操作、数据下载、数据格式化、数据上传服务、数据更新和基于查询的数据分析等多个模块组成,能够很好地实现肿瘤基因表达数据的网络共享,是一种具有较强针对性的基因二级数据库系统.系统能够为基因组学功能基因的研究提供可靠的原始数据.更多还原

【Abstract】 A local database system is constructed to store gene expression profiles of tumors,which is offered by tumors research institutes.Fortunately,due to the developed techniques of network recently, there are large quantities of this kind of public resources in the Internet.The database system presented in this paper integrates several functional modules,such as source download module,file formation module, file upload module,database update module,and some other modules which are defined to analyze the result of selection from database.The database system makes the source of gene expression profiles easily shared.
