【Abstract】 Spatial Database can be used to implement the integration and storage of both spatial data and property data.The use of Oracle Spatial interface makes Oracle realize correlative storage and management of spatial collective data,and assure the character of data integrity and data sharing,enhance the flexibility of enterpise application. This paper describes the interface between Oracle Spatial and MapX,and the implementation of spatial data of Oraele Spatial in the Threegorge district valley map.It also takes account of the spatial data and management in Oracle Spatial.
