【Abstract】 In this paper we present indexing technique in DyNSA(Dynamic Navigation System based on moving objects Stream Aggregation),which is an important application of Moving Object Database.Such application requires the index structure well formed.Thanks to this,the query processing can efficiently enough process a large amount of query in real time efficiently enough.Aims to this,we introduce a sound method named"HAT"(Hierarchy Aggregation Tree)different to traditionally R-tree and PMR Quad tree.
