【Abstract】 This paper introduces the whole structure of the CRM system.It also discusses the structure of system’s data warehouse in particular,and provides the arithmetic that can slice the multidimensional database in n elements and all multiplex orientation automatically.They have been realized in the Shanghai Machinery Complete Equipment CORP.’s CRM system.
