【摘要】 目的:探讨抑郁症患者中伴有慢性疼痛者的发病率,以及抑郁症患者慢性疼痛的临床症状学特征,包括疼痛分布、疼痛性质、疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间。方法:随机调查337名门诊抑郁症患者,利用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)17项、慢性疼痛问卷(CPQ)、体表面积评分法(BARS)、简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ),评估抑郁症患者的抑郁、焦虑程度以及慢性疼痛的临床症状学特征。结果:(1)抑郁症患者中,伴有慢性疼痛者占34.4%。(2)慢性慢性疼痛学特征:疼痛分布,平均(5.4±5.4)处,呈多区域性,以头面部、腰部、后颈部居多;疼痛性质以胀痛、酸痛居多;疼痛程度平均(3.7±1.1)分;疼痛持续时间平均(17.5±17.3)月。(3)VAS评分与HAMA、HAMD评分显著相关,与疼痛区域数、疼痛持续时间无明显相关。结论:抑郁症患者中,伴有慢性疼痛者较为普遍,抑郁症患者的慢性疼痛(分布、性质、程度、持续时间)有一定的临床特征,且疼痛程度与抑郁、焦虑程度有相关性,与疼痛区域数、疼痛持续时间无明显相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 0bjective: To evaluate the ratio of depression patients with chronic pain and to explore the clinic semeiology trait of depression patients with chronic pain, include pain distribution, pain nature, pain degree and pain duration. Methods: 337 depression patients were randomly selected as sample, who were assessed by HAMA, HAMD, Chronic Pain Questions(CPQ),Body Aereas Rating Scale (BARS), Simplification of McGill Pain Questionnaire (SF-MPQ) to analyze the degress of depression and anxiety and the clinic semeiology trait of chronic pain. Results: Depression patients with Pain Symptom accounted for 34.4%. The clinic semeiology trait of chronic pain, include pain distribution, the averrage value is 5.4±5.4, more regional, and head and face, waist, neck account mostly; the pain nature of swollen and acid account mostly; the averrage value of pain degree is 3.7±1.1; the averrage value of pain duration is 17.5±17.3 months. Conclusion: Depression patients accompany chronic pain commonly, chronic pain trait of depression patients have a certain clinical features, and the severity of pain was positively correlate with the severity of anxiety and depression, but was no corelation with the number of pain site and duration.更多还原
