【摘要】 目的:探讨小剂量阿立哌唑对酒依赖患者饮酒渴求的影响;方法:选取78例酒依赖患者,按随机数字表分为阿立哌唑组(n=40)及安慰剂组(n=38),分别予阿立哌唑片(10～15mg/日)及安慰剂治疗,随访一年,分别于治疗前、治疗后第1、2、3、6、12个月评定根据视觉类比量表(visualanaloguescale,VAS),判断治疗前后患者饮酒渴求强度的变化情况;结果:阿立哌唑可降低酒依赖患者的饮酒渴求,其作用强于安慰剂(F=27.048,P=0.000);结论:阿立哌唑有利于降低酒依赖患者的饮酒渴求,这为探索酒依赖患者的治疗提供了一个新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of low doses of aripiprazole on alcohol craving of patients with alcohol dependence; Methods: 78 alcohol dependent patients were randomly divided into aripiprazole group (n=40) and placebo group (n=38), and treated with aripiprazole tablets (10～15mg/d) and placebo, then followed up for one year. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was assessed respectively before and after the treatment of 1, 2, 3, 6, 12 months, to evaluate the changes intensity of patients with alcohol craving before and after treatment; Results: Aripiprazole can reduce alcohol craving of alcohol dependent patients, its effect is stronger than that of the placebo (F=27.048, P=0.000); Conclusion: Aripiprazole is beneficial to reduce the alcohol craving in alcohol dependent patients, the discovery provided a new choice of treatment to alcohol dependent patients.更多还原
