【摘要】 探寻畲药对酒精性肝炎的疗效。选择酒精性肝炎109例,随机分为畲药组和对照组,畲药组用畲药验方治疗,对照组用易善复治疗,3个月后观察相关血清学指标、影像学变化及疗效情况。结果 :2组治疗后比较,肝功能、PT(凝血酶原时间)、MCV(红细胞平均体积)、肝纤维化(HA、PCIII、LN)3项、B超和CT改变情况差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);2组治疗后疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),畲药组均优于对照组。提示畲药治疗酒精性肝炎有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:Explore the treatment of traditional She medicine on alcoholic hepatitis.Choose 109 cases of alcoholic hepatitis,and were randomly divided into the treated group and control group.The treated grouptreated with Experience prescription of traditional She medicine,and control group were treated with Polyene phosphatidyl cholinecapsules.3 months laer,they were Observed by serum markers related、efficacy of imaging changes and effect.Result:After treatment,the difference between Two groups of liver function,PT(prothrombin time),MCV(mean corpuscular volume),liver fibrosis(HA,PCⅢ,LN),B ultrasound and CT changes was significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01);It is showed singnificantly difference(P<0.01) between treated group and control group.Traditional she medicine group was better than the control group.It is Prompted that the treatment of traditional she medicine on alcoholic hepatitis has good clinical value.更多还原
