【摘要】 目的 :观察阿托伐他汀联合疏血通对糖尿病肾病的治疗作用。方法 :随机将患者分为对照组、疏血通组、阿托伐他汀组、阿托伐他汀联合疏血.通组(简称联合治疗组)。所有患者予胰岛素治疗,同时厄贝沙坦片150mg,口服,每日1次,疏血通组在对照组基础上加用疏血通注射液6ml加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,每日1次。阿托伐他汀组在对照组基础上加用阿托伐他汀10-20mg,口服,每晚1次。联合治疗组在对照组基础上加用阿托伐他汀、疏血通,剂量同前。治疗持续4周。观察两组治疗前后FIB、CHOL、Scr、UAER等各项指标的变化。结果 :与对照组比,联合治疗组治疗后FIB、CHOL、Scr、UAER等各项指标的变化较疏血通组、阿托伐他汀组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)结论:阿托伐他汀联合疏血通能有效的改善糖尿病肾病的高凝状态,减少尿蛋白,延缓肾脏病变的进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutical effect of Atorvastatin and Shu Xue-tong on Diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:The patients were randomly divided into the control group、the Shu Xue-tong group、the Atorvastatin group and the Combined treatment group.All Patient were treated with insulin and Irbesartaan 150mg po gd.Besides the roution medicine,the Shu Xue-tong group were treated with Shu Xue-tong 6ml everyday;the Atorvastatin group were treated with Atorvastatin 10-20mg po gN;the Combined treatment group were treated with Atorvastatin 10-20mg gN,and injected Shu Xue-tong 6ml everyday.The treatment lasted four weeks.The variance of F1B、CHOL、Scr and UAER before and after the treatment were analyzed.Result:Compared to the control group,the variance of FIB、CHOL、Scr and UAER in the Combined treatment group were more obviously than the other two groups(P<0.05,P<0.07).Conclusions: Atorvastatin and Shu Xue-tong have significantly effects on improving the hypercoagulabale state of Diabetic nephropathy,decreasing proteinuria and delaying the depravation of renal lesions.更多还原
