【摘要】 目的:评价经皮穴位电刺激对术后镇痛尿潴留的疗效。方法:选择择期妇科手术40例,随机分为两组,实验组20例和对照组20例。实验组在硬膜外麻醉前20分钟实施经皮穴位电刺激,术中持续穴位刺激至手术结束,术后行硬膜外术后镇痛(PCEA);对照组术前仅行硬膜外麻醉,术后行硬膜外术后镇痛(PCEA)(与实验组相同);术后比较两组患者术后尿潴留发生率、尿残留量、尿管留置时间。结果:实验组尿潴留发生率明显降低,导尿管留置总天数减少,第一次小便后的尿残留量较对照组少。结论:经皮穴位预处理可预防和减轻术后镇痛引起的尿潴留等不良反应,对膀胱的功能有明显的保护作用,能有效改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Efficacy evaluation of transcutaneous electrical point stimulation preventing urinary retention after postoperative analgesia.Methods:40 patients accepted elective gynecological surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group contained 20 patients and control group 20.The patients in the experimental group were treated by transcutaneous acupoints for 20 minutes before epidural anesthesia,and accepted postoperative epidural analgesia(PCEA);The patients in the control group accepted intraoperative epidural anesthesia and postoperative epidural analgesia(PCEA)(PCEA was as the same as the experimental group);After operation the incidence of postoperative urinary retention,residual urine volume, catheter indwelling time was compared between two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative urinary retention was decreased,the percentage of urethral catheterization again was reduced,less residual urine volume for the first time urination and catheter indwelling time in the experimental group.Conclusion:Pretreatment of transcutaneous acupoints canprevent and reduce adverse effects such as urinary retention caused by postoperative epidural analgesia and so on,protect bladder function significantly, improve prognosis of patients.更多还原
