【摘要】 目的探讨超早期手术治疗高血压脑基底节出血的临床效果。方法回顾性分析36例超早期手术治疗高血压基底节血肿患者的临床资料。结果手术36例,术后24小时内复查CT,血肿清除均达80%以上,无再出血病例,死亡5例,病死率13.9%,术后3个月按ADL(日常生活能力)分级:Ⅰ级8例,Ⅱ级11例,Ⅲ级7例,Ⅳ级3例,Ⅴ级2例。结论超早期手术治疗高血压基底节血肿,能有效降低死亡率和致残率,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effects of operation in super early stage on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region.Methods A retrospective analysis of 36 cases with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region in super early stage in our hospital these years were carried out.Results Among the 36 cases,the elimination rate of hematoma was over 80%,no hemorrhage cases was found within 24 hours according to the CT recheck,5cases died(13.9%),3 months later,8 cases were in LevelⅠ,11 cases LevelⅡ,7 cases LevelⅢ,3 cases LevelⅣand 2 cases LevelⅤaccording to ADL.Conclusions The treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrrhage in basal ganglia region in super early stage has the effective reduction of the mortality and disability.And can improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
