【摘要】 目的 EB病毒(EBV)与多种人类恶性肿瘤有密切的联系。本实验旨在研究脐血来源和外周血来源的EBV相关淋巴母细胞在SCID小鼠体内的致瘤性。方法利用B 95-8细胞培养获得EB病毒原液体外感染人脐血和外周血淋巴细胞后建立的B淋巴母细胞系(B Lymphoblastoid cell lines,BLCLs)接种到SCID(Severe Combined Immune-Deficiency)小鼠腹腔及大腿皮下,观察淋巴细胞在小鼠体内的成瘤性。结果建立了EBV相关人源性淋巴瘤SCID小鼠模型,比较了脐血和外周血来源的BLCLS诱瘤的差异性。结论 EBV相关淋巴母细胞对SCID小鼠具有致瘤性,脐血和外周血来源的BLCLs的诱瘤特性相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim Epstein-Barr virus is related with many malignant tumors.It is aimed in this title to research BLCLs,tumorgenesis in SCID(Severe Combined Immune-Deficiency) mice.Methods EB virus was obtained from B95-8 supernatant.Lymphocytes were isolated by routine method.BLCLs were established by routine method.Subcutaneous and celiac injection of BLCLs in SCID mice then observe tumorgenesis.Result The SCID mice model of human BLCLs weres developed,and to compare the difference by BLCLs,oncogenicity from cord blood and peripheral blood.Conclusions BLCLs can induce tumor in SCID mice.BLCLs from cord blood and peripheral blood have difference in inducing tumor.更多还原
