【摘要】 目的初步探讨舒利迭对COPD稳定期患者的肺功能及血清甲状腺功能的影响。方法收集我院2008年1月～2010年6月年龄在40-75周岁之间,已临床确诊为COPD,GOLD分级为二级～三级,属于病情稳定期的患者83例。随机将患者分成治疗组40例和对照组43例,治疗组患者应用舒利迭(50,500ug)1吸,1日2次,连续用药治疗三个月,对照组应用顺尔宁片10 mg qd,氨茶碱片每次100mg,每日3次,疗程三个月。比较治疗前后二组患者血清甲状腺功能、肺功能、血气分析指标及6min步行试验(6MWT)结果。结果 (1)、血气分析变化治疗组和对照组治疗前后PaO2上升,PaCO2下降,pH无明显变化。(2)、肺功能影响治疗前后测定肺功能,FEV1和FEV1%均有明显改善,观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)、6MWT变化治疗组比对照组有明显提高(P<0.05)。(4)、血清甲状腺激素水平治疗组和对照组相近(P>0.05)。结论舒利迭可改善COPD稳定期患者肺功能及生活质量,对COPD稳定期患者血甲状腺水平无明显改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Preliminary discussion of COPD patients with stable ShuLi superposition of pulmonary function and the influence of the thyroid function.Methods Collect tifert January 2008 ~ June 2010 aged 40-75 one full year of life,have already diagnosed between clinical classification for the GOLD COPD, secondary ~ level 3,belongs to the condition of patients with stable 83 cases.Randomized patients will be divided into treatment group in 40 cases and controls 43 cases,the treatment group ShuLi superposition 50,500 patients application(ug) 1 sucked,1 2 times,continuous medication for three months,and the control group singulair 10 mg application,AnChaJian slice 100mg qd each time,three times a day,period of treatment for three months. Compared before and after the treatment group 2 patients had serum thyroid function,pulmonary function,blood gas analysis indexes and 6min walk test(6MWT) results.Results(1),blood gas analysis change treatment group and control group Pa02 rise,before and after the treatment PaC02 decline,pH no change.(2),pulmonary function affect treatment tested before lung function and FEVl and FEVl%will be improved obviously,the observation group improved significantly better than control group(P < 0.05).(3),6MWT change treatment group than in the control group have increased significantly(P < 0.05).(4),serum thyroid hormone levels similar treatment group and control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion ShuLi diego can improve COPD patients with stable lung function and quality of life of patients with COPD,circulating blood thyroid level without obvious change.更多还原
