【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病对牙槽骨骨质的影响,分析转化生长因子-β1(transform growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)在其中起的作用。方法制作糖尿病大鼠模型,检测其牙槽骨骨密度,应用RT-PCR技术检测大鼠牙槽骨中TGF-β1和TNF-αmRNA表达。结果糖尿病组大鼠牙槽骨较正常组骨质疏松,糖尿病组大鼠牙槽骨TGF-β1和TNF-αmRNA表达明显高于正常组。结论糖尿病大鼠有牙槽骨骨质疏松倾向,而TGF-β1和TNF-α可能参与牙槽骨骨质疏松的发生与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between bone density and mRNA expression of TGF-β1和TNF-αin the alveolar bones with ex- perimental diabetic rats.Methods Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into following groups:normal group and diabetic group.After 8 weeks’ duration of study,mRNA expression of TGF-β1 and TNF-αin the alveolar bone was measured by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RTHPCR) respectively.In addition,bone density and pathology of the alveolar bones were examined.Results In diabetic group,the alveolar bone density was decreased,and mRNA expression of TGF-β1 and TNF-αin the alveolar bone was increased.Conclusion It is suggested that the alveolar bone with diabetes mellitus have a tendency to develop osteoporosis. It may be related with increased expression of TGF-β1 and TNF-α.更多还原
