【摘要】 目的观察腰椎侧弯合并根性症状者行神经根脉冲射频结合针刀治疗的疗效。方法观察脊神经根脉冲射频结合针刀治疗组(A组)与脉冲射频组(B组),共40例老年病人,经2周治疗后,统计12周内VAS疼痛评分,下肢麻、木症状改善情况的变化。结果与治疗前比较,A组患者从治疗后1～12周VAS评分均明显下降(P<0.01),下肢症状12周后改善程度评分3.1+0.6,B组1～12周VAS评分有下降(P<0.05),下肢症状12周后改善程度评分1.2+0.4。与B组比较,A组的VAS评分变化有差异(P<0.05),12周后下肢症状改善评分有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论脊神经根脉冲射频治疗老年退行性的腰椎侧弯根性症状,镇痛效果明显,结合针刀后改善下肢症状优于单纯脉冲射频治疗组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of pulsed-radiofrequency and acupotomy for the spinal nerve roots syndrome caused by lumbar lateral curvature in elderly patients.Methods Fourty patients were randomly divided into two groups:pulsed-radiofrequency and acupotomy group(group A) and acupotomy group(group B). The pain scoring system of VAS and Likert 6 were used to evaluate the effect of two therapy methods after one week.Results Compared with pretherapy,the VAS score decreased significantly from the first week to the twelfth week after therapy in group A(p<0.01);Compared with pretherapy the VAS score decreased significantly from the third week to the twelfth week after therapy in group B(p<0.05);Compared with group B,the quantity of patients whose extremitas inferior improving reach well or good increased significantly in the first and second week after therapy in group A(p<0.05).Conclusion The combination of pulsed-radiofrequency and acupotomy could provide better analgesia effect and extremitas inferior improving than acupotomy for the spinal nerve roots syndrome caused by lumbar lateral curvature in the near future in elderly patients.更多还原
