【摘要】 目的提高临终老人的生活质量,降低其焦虑、抑郁及身体不适或疼痛程度。方法将80例临终老人按入院先后编号分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组根据病情,按常规进行护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上接受本土化临终护理干预。在干预前及干预后半个月至六个月的临终老人采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、面部表情疼痛量表(FPS-R)对两组临终老人进行评定。结果干预后实验组临终老人主观支持评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)、同时SAS、SDS、FPS—R评分也显著低于对照(P<0.05)。结论通过本土化临终关怀护理,提高了临终老人的主观感受,降低了临终老人的焦虑、抑郁状态和身体不适及疼痛程度,从而提高了临终老人的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Improves just before the end old person’ s quality of life, reduces its anxious,melancholy and the body ill or the ache degree.Methods Just before the end the old person divides into the experimental group and the control group 80 examples according to in hospital successively serial number,each group of 40 examples.The control group basis condition,carries on nursing according to the convention,the experimental group accepts the localization in the conventional nursing foundation just before the end to nurse the intervention.Before intervention and intervention latter half month to six month-long just before the end old person use Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Faces Pain Scale-Revised(FPS-R) Just before the end the old person carries on the evaluation to the pair group、Results After the intervention the experimental group just before the end the old person subjectively supports grading obviously to be higher than the control group (P<0.05),simultaneously SAS,SDS,the FPS-R grading obviously is also lower than the comparison(P<0.05).Conclusions Through the localization deathbed care nursing,enhanced just before the end old person’ s responsible feeling,reduced just before the end old person’s anxiety,melancholy condition and body ill and ache degree,thus improved just before the end old person’s quality of life.更多还原
